COLLEGEVILLE PA - A new line of limited-time seasonal cocktails is being made available at Firebirds Wood-Fired Grill restaurants, which operate at locations in Collegeville (51 Town Center Dr. Ste. 3), and Chadds Ford.
The beverages, being offered through the end of September, are intended "to capture the energy of the spring and summer seasons,” FSR Magazine reported in its Monday (March 17, 2025) online edition.
The cocktail menu includes:
The Sparkling Muse (above), consisting of Chopin Vodka, pineapple and lime juices, Grenadine, and sparkling wine; Very Pineberry, with Aperol, pineberry elixir, grilled and pressed orange, sparkling wine, and club soda; Granny Smith Apple, with Mr. Pickles Gin, St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur, green apple puree, and apple and lemon juices; and Sunset Spice, using Bumbu Rum, cinnamon elixir, pineapple and lime juices, and Angostura bitters.
Also on the menu are: Blazing Peach Rita, made from Herradura Silver Tequila, peach and pepper purees, fresh squeezed lime juice, agave nectar; Tennessee Twilight, with Nearest Green Tennessee Whiskey, blackberry puree, blood orange elixir, fresh squeeze lime juice, mint, and Owen’s ginger beer; Passion for Fashion, using Elijah Craig Small Batch Bourbon, passion fruit elixir, fresh squeezed, lemon juice, and orange bitters; and Kentucky Tropical, consisting of Copper & Kinga Apple Brandy, Wild Turkey 101 Rye, coconut elixir, and pineapple juice.
